Despite VAIO X’s small and light chassis, its packed with competent hardware. By competent I mean, running resource demanding Windows 7 and now if you want, you can run Apple’s Snow Leopard OS too. The VAIO X notebook can be hackintoshed, which in simpler terms means you’ll be able to install and run Mac OS X.
The feat was achieved by a forum member who risked his VAIO X by installing a hackintosh copy for VAIO P. Thankfully the VAIO P copy worked perfectly as you can see from the picture above but gave up the Wi-Fi connectivity since the installed module was incompatible with the OS.
