Blackberry OS 5.0 now available to Verizon Storm (9530) users

Verizon Storm (9530) users have a reason to smile as they’re the first ones to receive the BB OS 5.0 update. The update promises to bring a lot of new features and of course, stability to RIM’s first touchscreen attempt. To be specific, the phone will give faster, accurate and natural text input experience, reduced camera loading and capturing time, improved web browsing speeds and more.

To download, Verizon Storm users can fire up the BlackBerry Desktop Manager on their computers or proceed to Verizon Storm site for more details.
