I don’t know what is more surprising – the price Samsung is quoting for its first ION powered netbook or the existence of ION LE chip? NetbookChoice unearthed the manual on Samsung’s website that shows ION LE will handle the graphics for N510.
For starters, ION LE is designed mainly for Windows XP and supports DirectX9 as compared to the ION that has DX10 support and Lenovo S12 happens to be the netbook that houses it.
As far as other features are concerned, it will have 1.66GHz N280 Atom processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Nvidia GeForce 9400M GPU, HDMI, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
Download the manual to see more pictures of the netbook (page 51 onwards).
[Thanks Kenny!]
