Nikon S1000pj projector camera gets official, coming in September

After getting a semi-official treatment yesterday, Nikon has finally unwrapped the world’s first projector camera, the Coolpix S1000pj. As confirmed before, the camera can project images as large as 40-inches. The camera has a 12.1 megapixel sensor, 5x optical zoom, 28mm wide-angle lens, sensitivity ranging from ISO 64-6400, 5-way VR image stabilization, Smart Portrait system, 2.7-inch LCD and movie mode.

S1000pj will be available from September for $429.95.
