UPDATE: It has a 3.1-inch AMOLED screen with 10000:1 contrast ratio and 720×480 resolution, quad-band GSM, GPS, microSD card slot, 150MB internal memory, FM Radio with RDS, video recording at 30fps, fast image saving and a dedicated camera key.
Sony Ericsson was the first one to unveil a 12-megapixel phone but Samsung will be first one to ship it. The Pixon12 is the successor of Pixon and will hit the shops by the end of June in Europe. The phone camera features start with 28mm wide-angle lens, touch auto focus, smart auto that decides the ISO, exposure etc. on the basis of subject and the environment, Xenon Flash, digital zoom, face recognition, shake reduction and beauty shot.
Pixon12 also features HSUPA and Wi-Fi to share and upload the pictures on social networking sites via Sharepix.
No word on the price.
