Philips preparing OLED Windows for the future

Philips Research is busy working on transparent OLEDs that can be used as glasses for windows. The transparent OLED is a concept for now which looks like a normal window when turned off but illuminates when it is turned on. Philips has prepared a 12cm prototype and claims that it could take a few years before it hits the retail market.
