If 2009 is believed to be the year of Android, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoC may sweep to become handset manufacturers’ all in one choice this year. According to DigiTimes, HTC will follow Toshiba to launch its Snapdragon equipped device in the second quarter of this year. Other companies that have joined hands with Qualcomm to develop Snagdragon devices are Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Acer, Asustek Computer, Quanta Computer, Compal Electronics, Wistron, Inventec and Foxconn International Holdings (FIH). Maybe we can expect some of them to show their faces at the MWC.
