LG shows world’s first 400Hz LCD TV

  It seems LG has also jumped in the world’s first race against its South Korean counterpart. At the IFA 2009 they are displaying an LCD TV equipped with 400Hz (PAL, NTSC has 480Hz) technology. Its TruMotion engine uses backlight scanning to reduce motion blur. [Via FullHD]
