Jio has announced it’s new tracking device, the JioTag Go. Jio claims that it is India’s First Android Tag. This small, sleek asset tracker is designed to provide peace of mind by helping users locate items like keys, wallets, ID cards, luggage, and even pets. Leveraging the power of Google’s Find My Device Network, JioTag Go transforms the way we track our belongings by utilizing billions of Android devices worldwide. The device works by continuously emitting secure Bluetooth signals that can be detected by other Android devices, ensuring that your lost item has a high chance of being found.

Setting up the JioTag Go is simple, with options for both Fast Pair one-tap setup and manual configuration for Android phone users. What sets this tracker apart is its impressive array of features, including a loud 120 decibel built-in speaker that can help locate items in close proximity, and the ability to find items much farther away with the help of hundreds of millions of Android devices in the network. Users can enable Lost Mode to receive automatic notifications when the device is detected, adding an extra layer of security and convenience. Privacy and security are paramount, with built-in Unknown Tracker Alerts that protect users from unauthorized tracking.

JioTag Go features a replaceable CR2032 battery that can last up to a year, with an additional battery and lanyard included in the package. One of the most innovative aspects of JioTag Go is its social sharing feature, allowing users to share their tracker with friends and family, creating a collaborative network to help locate lost items. This feature extends the device’s tracking capabilities beyond individual use, making it a truly communal solution to the age-old problem of losing important belongings. Whether you’re a frequent traveler, a busy professional, or someone who constantly misplaces their keys, JioTag Go offers a comprehensive, user-friendly tracking solution that brings together cutting-edge technology and practical design.

JioTag Go is priced at Rs. 1,499 and is available online at Jiomart.com and other ecommerce websites. Apparently, there is also another tracker, JioTag Air that supports both iOS and Android device and it also retails for the same price.
