boAt has launched its latest wearable, the Blaze smartwatch. boAt Blaze features a 1.75-inch 2.5D curved display with a peak brightness of 500 nits. boAt Blaze is 3ATM Dust, Water and Splash resistant. It can work underwater at 30 metres depth for 30 minutes. boAt Blaze has a 10mm body which is made of lightweight metal. The smartwatch comes with 7-day battery life as claimed by the company and comes with boAt ASAP charge technology that can keep the smartwatch running for a day with a mere 10-minute charge.
The boAt Blaze Smartwatch monitors health parameters and also is a personal fitness trainer. It features a heart rate and blood oxygen level monitor. While other conventional features like a daily activity tracker along with 14 Sports Modes helps to maintain an active lifestyle. It supports activities like outdoor run, indoor run, outdoor walk, indoor walk, hiking, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, basketball, yoga, rowing, elliptical, cricket, strength training, free workout and also Active Sedentary and Hydration reminders.
Like other smart wearable devices boAt Blaze Smartwatch gives notification alerts, supports quick replies, curated music and camera controls. It also has a DND mode and weather forecasts for a mobile-free experience. boAt Blaze has 100+ cloud-based watch faces that one can access via the boAt Hub App. One can also use custom wallpapers.
boAt Blaze is powered by an Apollo3 Blue Plus chip. This chip is manufactured by a company called Ambiq and is designed for battery-powered and portable, mobile devices. It is basically an ultra-Low power microcontroller with integrated BLE.
boAt Blaze Smartwatch is available in Active Black, Blue, Raging Red, and Cherry Blossom strap variants and is priced at Rs.3,499. The company provides a 1-year warranty on Blaze and it supports both iOS and Android.
