Samsung rolls out Android 4.4 update for Galaxy Note 3 in India, South Korea

Using a Galaxy Note 3 in India or South Korea? Check your software update menu pronto if the phone hasn’t notified yet as Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.4 update. The Android 4.4.2 is available via OTA, on Kies or even upgradeable in stores. The update size could vary according to the variant but it will generally be a fat update so upgrading on a stable Wi-Fi connection is recommended.

The upgrade opens the floodgates for other Samsung devices as the company has confirmed to roll out the latest Android update to some of the devices in the Galaxy fleet sequentially after the Note 3 roll out.
