Galaxy Grand was a huge success in India so it makes perfect sense for Samsung to launch the successor in India as soon as possible. The recently announced Galaxy Grand 2 has been unveiled for the Indian market and will be available in India from January in three colours in a price range of Rs. 22,900 to Rs. 24,900. The device emulates Galaxy Note 3’s back with a soft touch and stitched design and boasts a 5.25-inch HD display (1280×720).
The phone runs Android 4.3 out of the box and features a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, HSPA+ and dual-SIM connectivity, 8MP main camera, 1.9MP HD camera on the front, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS, 8GB internal memory, up to 64GB microSD card slot and 2600mAh battery.
Galaxy Grand 2 will also feature S Translator, Sound & Shot, Best Shot, Story Album, S Travel, Group Play, Samsung Hub, Samsung Link and India specific Club Samsung.
