LG launches curved OLED TV in India

At an event today, LG announced their curved OLED TV for the Indian market. The 55-inch offering (55EA9800) from LG is the first OLED TV from any company to hit the Indian market. Priced at a Rs. 9,99,000, the TV is just 4.3mm thin and boasts full Cinema 3D support along with WRGB technology that adds a white sub-pixel to the conventional red, green and blue for improved colour reproduction.

The TV also supports FPR-based 3D playback that enables the glasses to be light-weight and battery free, Magic Remote support, Smartshare and other Smart TV features.
