Whatsapp – one of the most popular cross-platform messaging applications has turned down the rumour that claimed to be in talks with Google for a possible buyout. Neeraj Arora, WhatsApp’s business development head confirmed to AllThingsD that the company is not holding any “sales talks with Google.”
The rumour claimed Google would shell out $1 billion to takeover Whatsapp.
