Microsoft’s Steve Sinofsky has confirmed the release date of its much anticipated Windows OS. The Windows 8 OS will be available in markets globally starting from October 26 with upgrade SKUs and fresh copies of the OS available for purchase on the same day.
Windows 8 is Microsoft’s boldest attempt that features Metro UI and works flawlessly on regular PCs, notebooks, all-in-ones and even tablets even with mediocre specs.
