Samsung showcases 19-inch transparent AMOLED at SID 2010

Samsung has brought us one step closer to the day when our cars will be equipped with the interactive AMOLED windshields. They’ve created the world’s largest transparent AMOLED screen and are currently showcasing at the SID 2010 expo. It’s a 19-inch screen and has a transparency of 30% as compared to 40% of the laptop that Samsung showed at the CES early this year.

Additionally, Samsung has also confirmed to churn out transparent AMOLEDs that will be sized up to 40-inches in the near future.
