Huawei today launched the P9, the smartphone photography phone in India with dual Leica lens. The highlight of the phone is of-course its camera centric features that is made with co-operation with the German lens maker – Leica. The phone features dual 12-megapixel cameras with monochrome and RGB sensors. The front camera is 8-megapixel. The two-lenses capture more light, vivid colours and monochrome images to process the final picture that is pretty detailed. There are three film modes to choose from: standard, vivid and smooth.
This is a 5.5-inch Full HD screen phone with 2.5D glass. The smartphone is powered by Kirin 955 2.5GHz processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The P9 features virtual-triple-antenna architecture that is supposed to offer better cellular network and Wi-Fi connectivity. The phone also features biometric fingerprint access. The P9 runs on 3000 mAh battery.
The phone runs on Huawei’s UI – Emotion UI 4.1 atop Android Marshmallow.
One of the highlight of Huawei’s offering is the VIP service for this premium phone. The phone comes with 2-year warranty, one free screen replacement in case your phone’s screen breaks and a replacement new phone in case of any hardware issue if faced within first three months of the purchase.
The phone will be available on Flipkart from 18th August and priced at Rs.39,990.
