Microsoft seems to be expanding its smartphone lineup faster than what Samsung used to! The latest entrant in its affordable range is the Lumia 540. It’s a Dual-SIM device and though it runs Windows 8.1, the phone will be upgraded to Windows 10 when it releases later this year.
Priced at $149, the phone follows the Lumia design language and comes with 5-inch HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, 8 megapixel main camera with 5 megapixel front-facing camera and 2200mAh battery.
The phone will be available in India, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Italy starting from May 2015.
