Lava has expanded its Android smartphone portfolio with two new affordable devices. The iris 356 and iris 402 are equipped with 3G connectivity and are priced at Rs. 4,449 and Rs. 5,499.
The Lava iris 356 is equipped with a 3.5-inch HVGA display and is powered by Mediatek’s 6572 dual-core 1GHz processor and 256MB RAM. Lava says the Android 4.2 update will be available after an OTA update and features a 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and 1500mAh battery.
On the other hand, Lava iris 402 is similarly spec’d but comes with a slightly faster 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4-inch WVGA display and 3MP camera.
Both phones will be bundled with a screen guard and a silicon soft pouch and will come in colour options of white, black and grey for iris 356 and white, grey and red for iris 402.
