Sony just announced the Xperia Z Ultra for the Indian market. It’s one of the biggest smartphones from Sony that also surpasses screen size of Samsung’s Galaxy Note and Mega series. The Xperia Z Ultra is a 6.5mm thin device and sports a 6.4-inch display with supports full HD resolution and BRAVIA engine. Powering the mammoth is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.2GHz and 2GB RAM, making it the first Snapdragon 800 device for the Indian market.
Additionally, the Xperia Z Ultra is certified with IP58 standard to keep water and dust at bay and comes with an 8 megapixel camera, microSD card slot with 16GB of internal memory, 3000mAh battery and Android 4.2.
The Xperia Z Ultra will sell in India for Rs. 46,990.
