The range of Xolo phones – a brand owned by Lava- currently consists of Intel and MediaTek processor options. However, going by the new teaser, Xolo is about to reveal their very first handset with Nvidia Tegra 3 chip. Dubbed as Xolo Play, the device is understandably targeted towards gamers due to Tegra 3’s built-in GeForce GPU and game-centric TegraZone store.
The only confirmed hardware for now is 1.5GHz Tegra 3 quad-core processor but as per rumoured specs, Xolo Play is said to run on Android 4.1.1 and feature a 4.7-inch IPS 720p HD display, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, 8MP and 2MP cameras and 2000mAh battery.
