Nokia has confirmed to settle all ongoing lawsuits against Research in Motion (RIM) and enter into a patent licensing agreement. The agreement will settle all the pending litigations in US, UK and Canada.
Although the terms of the agreement are confidential, Nokia did divulge that RIM will pay a one-time payment and on-going payments to them.
