Sony brings VAIO Duo 11 Ultrabook to India

Sony has expanded its notebook lineup with an interesting addition – the VAIO Duo 11. For starters, it’s an 11.6-inch ultrabook but for time where you prefer a touch interface over typing, the VAIO Duo conveniently assumes the role of a tablet. The device is equipped with the Surf Slider design which according to Sony, allows a smooth transition to a tablet to PC mode and vice versa.

VAIO Duo 11 runs Windows 8 OS and features a full HD 1080p resolution display, third generation Intel Core i5 processor, 128GB SSD, 4GB RAM, RapidWake + Eco for instant wakeup, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB 3.0 with USB sleep charge support, HDMI-out, Ethernet, VGA and xLoud for audio enhancement.

The VAIO Duo 11 will be available in India from end of this year for Rs. 89,990.
