Sony today announced a new slew of cameras, including the NEX-6. The pocket-sized mirrorless camera promises imaging abilities comparable to that of a DSLR. The NEX-6 boasts a large Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor that supports a resolution of up to 16.1 megapixel and is equipped with BIONZ imaging processor, ensuring better quality pictures in low-light situations.
The NEX-6 comes integrated with Wi-Fi, 3-inch Xtra Fine LCD, an OLED Tru-Finder, full manual mode, full HD movie recording, Sweep Panorama, ISO up to 25600 and support for E-mount and A-mount lens (requires special adapter).
Sony will start selling the camera in Europe from mid-November.
