LG may not have had a successful run in the smartphone department as compared to its arch-rival, Samsung but the Korean company is trying its best. A report by The Chosunilbo claims LG is developing a smartphone under “direct specifications” of chairman Koo Boon-moo.
The reported phone will make use of parts produced by LG’s subsidiaries like LG Display, LG Chem and LG Innotek and will feature a quad-core processor and a camera over “10MP resolution.”
Currently, Optimus 4X HD is the only quad-core device from LG on sale and is expected to reach the Indian shores in the next couple of weeks.
