LG has expanded its Optimus lineup for the Indian market with Optimus 3D MAX and Optimus L7. Optimus 3D MAX supersedes their first 3D device – Optimus 3D and features a glasses-free 4.3-inch WVGA NOVA display and tri-dual 1.2Ghz OMAP4430 processor and 1GB of RAM. The 9.6mm thin phone runs Android 2.3 OS and comes with dual 5MP cameras to record 3D videos, 8GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot and a 1,520mAh battery. LG has also enhanced few 3D-centric features like the inclusion of a 3D converter to transform 2D content to three-dimensional on-the-go, 3D video editor and even a 3D Hot Key. Optimus 3D MAX will sell for Rs. 30,500.
LG also unveiled Optimus L7 from the L-Style series that emphasizes on five aesthetic elements. One of the first devices from LG to run Android 4.0 and Optimus UI 3.0, L7 is just 8.7mm thin but packs a 4.3-inch QVGA display, 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear-facing camera and 1.3MP front-facing camera, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, 4GB internal memory and microSD card slot. LG will also bundle the phone with LG Mobile TV that allows users to watch 50+ live TV channels and will be free for first 2 months. Optimus L7 is priced at around Rs. 19,900.
