Google’s long-rumored cloud storage service, Google Drive may get an unveiling as early as today, according to a report by Reuters. Reuter’s source points out that Google will announce both free as well as paid versions, which will have 5GB as an initial storage and users will be add up to 100GB of space at various price points.
Adding fuel to the fire is Google’s sudden storage bump to the Google Docs service. The initial storage was limited to 1GB but has now been increased to 5GB.
Google Drive is said to incorporate search capabilities and will allow sharing of data across various devices seamlessly.
