The new iPad is the hot news right now but Apple also made an important announcement regarding the existing iPad 2. iPad 2 will now be $100 cheaper than it was sold previously, which means the competition in the tablet market will be fierce than ever.
For just $399, a consumer will be able to buy the 16GB Wi-Fi-only version of the iPad 2 whereas the 3G version will go for $529.
