Samsung today barraged the Indian market with four dual-SIM phones, including three Android devices. First is the Galaxy Ace Plus (SCH-i589) that gives users an option to use GSM or CDMA simultaneously. As far as other specs goes, Galaxy Ace Plus is pretty much the same as the original Ace which includes Android 2.3 OS, 832MHz processor, EVDO Rev. A support, 3.5-inch HVGA display and 1650mAh battery. It will go for Rs. 16,900.
Next up are the Galaxy Y Duos (GT-S6102) and Galaxy Y Pro Duos (GT-B5512) that were announced in December. Both are again same as the single-SIM Galaxy Y and Galaxy Y Pro variants but support dual-GSM support. The Galaxy Y Duos and Galaxy Y Pro Duos are priced at Rs. 10,490 and Rs. 11,090 respectively.
The final dual-SIM device to be announced is the Star 3 Duos feature phone. It builds on the success of the highly-successful Star series and comes with features like EDGE-only support, 3-inch QVGA TFT LCD, 3.2MP camera, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, ChatON mobile messenger etc.
Samsung Star 3 Duos will sell for Rs. 6,290.
