LG announced its weirdly named smartphone – PRADA by LG 3.0 at an event yesterday in London. Developed in conjunction with the fashion label PRADA, the phone’s PRADA-ness comes from the glossy touchscreen display on the front, signature Saffiano pattern on the back and Floating Mass Technology that optically enhances the thinness of the phone.
The phone comes with a 4.3-inch NOVA display with 800 nits of brightness, Android 2.3 OS which will be upgradeable to Ice Cream Sandwich in the foreseeable future, 1GHz dual-core processor, dual-band Wi-Fi, 8MP camera, GPS and 8GB internal storage.
PRADA will also sell accessories like PRADA branded cradle or Bluetooth headset to match the phone.
