Sony Ericsson has announced a new Xperia phone. Building on the success of Xperia neo, the Xperia neo V takes advantage of latest Android 2.3.4 OS and Sony technologies. The phone is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm processor and features 3.7-inch FWVGA (480×854) Reality Display with Mobile Bravia Engine, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording, FM Radio, DLNA, HDMI support and microSD card slot.
Additionally, the existing 2011 Xperia range will also get an upgrade to Android OS 2.3.4. The new update will bring Google Talk with video chat support and Sony Ericsson exclusive features like Facebook inside Xperia and 3D sweep panorama support.
The update will be available in October.
