American users waiting for Galaxy S II won’t have to wait much as the launch is just around the corner. Samsung Mobile’s JK Shin at the launch of their Galaxy Tab 10.1 in South Korea said confirmed their power packed Galaxy S II phone will launch next month in US across different carriers.

Shin’s statement puts a dent on the rumor that claimed Galaxy S II was delayed in the US.

We’re still awaiting on more details but don’t be surprised to see Galaxy S II in a different avatar for different carriers. We’ve already seen the back of Galaxy Within (Sprint variant) sporting a revamped design.
