iPhone Dev Team and comex have announced the third iteration of JailbreakMe. JailbreakMe 3.0 works like the previous versions where a user just needs to visit the website to initiate the jailbreak.

The web-based tool supports a number of Apple devices, including iPad 2. The full list of supported devices along with the iOS version are as follows:

iPad1: 4.3 through 4.3.3
iPad2: 4.3.3
iPhoneGS: 4.3 through 4.3.3
iPhone4: 4.3 through 4.3.3
iPhone4-CDMA: 4.2.6 through 4.2.8
iPod touch 3g: 4.3, 4.3.2, 4.3.3
iPod touch 4g: 4.3 through 4.3.3
