It’s raining tablets in India. After HTC outed their Flyer yesterday, Motorola has launched the world’s first Honeycomb tablet in the Indian market. Xoom is powered by Google’s tablet-specific Honeycomb OS and will be available in both Wi-Fi and 3G variants. Priced at Rs.32,990 and Rs.39,990 for Wi-Fi and 3G models respectively, you’ll get a 10.1-inch tablet supporting 1280×800 resolution and is powered by 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor and 1GB RAM.
Rounding up the feature set is the 5MP camera supporting 720p HD video capture, 2MP front-facing camera for video calling, full HD video playback, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 32GB internal memory and expandable via microSD card up to 32GB, built-in gyroscope, barometer, e-compass, accelerometer and an estimated battery life of up to 10 hours.
