It’s somewhat funny that a product which has never been publicly acknowledged is being reported to be delayed by whole two months. The first bit of news comes from analysts at Yuanta who claim that Apple’s next-generation iPad or plainly known as iPad 2 has been delayed due to “production bottlenecks” caused by last-minute changes in design by Apple.
“Our checks suggest new issues are being encountered with the new production and it is taking time to resolve them.”
However, the second piece of info comes by way of Reuters’ twitter account who claim that the report of iPad delay is not true, which they attribute to their unidentified source.
We’re not really sure who’s right here but as a consumer we would prefer Reuters to be correct so that we can enjoy the new Apple tablet a couple of months early. Needless to say, wait and watch is the best bet right now.
