Sony Ericsson has kick started the new year by announcing a power packed Android smartphone at the CES. The Xperia arc will be the latest device to join the Xperia family and will run on Android’s 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The arc is just 8.7mm at its thinnest part and is crafted of high-quality materials to give it a premium look.
The phone has a 4.2-inch Reality Display with Bravia’s Engine that promises to bring unmatched picture quality, 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, 8.1MP camera with Exmor R mobile lens and LED flash support, 720p HD video recording support, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, HDMI, Bluetooth and more.
Sony Ericsson hasn’t put an exact release date to the arc but it will definitely reach to consumers in this year.
