Dell India today announced a new laptop series that features Intel’s Wireless Display solution. The Inspiron R Series comes with Intel Wireless Display technology, which when equipped with Netgear’s Push2TV adaptor, creates a Personal Area Network (PAN) and allows wireless streaming of the laptop content on to a larger screen.
The aesthetically designed 14-inch 14R and 15-inch 15R notebooks comes packed with Intel Core Processors – i5 460M (14R) and i3 370M (15R), integrated HD graphics, Windows 7 OS, up to 6GB DDR3 RAM, up to 640GB HDD, smudge-resistant palm rests and more.
The notebooks are available in four colors with 14R available for Rs.60,000 and 15R for Rs.52,800.

I have an inspiron 15R but it did not come with Intel wireless display pre-loaded and I haven’t been able to download and install the intel wireless display software. Netgear has been no help; dell wants me to pay them $129 for a one-shot solution to the problem. What gives?
