Samsung has unveiled a total of six models in its SF Series and NF Series that will be showcased at the IFA this week. Samsung says the models are not only aesthetically beautiful but are powerful too.
The SF Series consists of SF310 (13.3-inch), SF410 (14-inch), SF510 (15.6-inch) notebooks that come in a glossy ivory exterior and matte black interior and use materials that are light yet durable and scratch resistant.
The full specs are not known but SF Series notebooks are powered by Core i3 or Core i5 dual-core processors and boast a battery life of up to 7.5 hours with Express Charging Mode that charges the full battery in 2-3 hours.
Moreover, Samsung’s Fast Start tech helps to reduce the boot up time, has a one-touch wireless control button and USB port that lets you charge the gadgets even when the notebook is turned off.
The SF Series notePCs will be available globally from October 2010.
The NF Series netbooks comprise of NF310, NF210, NF110 that shares the unique design concept with SF Series and comes with HD LED screen, Atom N550 Dual core CPU, DDR3 RAM, Windows 7, DLNA and up to 14 hours of battery life.
The NF Series will start selling in Europe from October.
