Apple posts Q3 2010 results, promises “amazing new products” this year

Apple has announced its third quarter result ending June 26 2010 and expectedly, they’ve posted a positive quarter amidst successful product launches.
The company recorded a revenue of $15.7 billion with $3.25 billion as net profit and generated over $4 billion of cash.
As far as quarterly sales figure goes, Apple sold 3.47 million Macs, about 8.4 million iPhones, 9.41 million iPods and 3.27 million iPads.
Steve Jobs touts iPhone 4 as the most successful product launch in Apple’s history and promises to launch “amazing new products” this year.
