The legal skirmish between Apple and HTC continues as Apple today filed a new case claiming HTC to violate one more patent. The violation is due to HTC Sense UI’s Leap feature. Leap with the help of a pinch on the screen allows user to view all the home screens and quickly select the desired one.

Apparently, Apple owns a similar patent since 2001 and the continuation of the patent was awarded in 2008.

Apple first filed a suit against HTC in March on which HTC countersued Apple claiming to infringe five patents.
