Looks like Sony Ericsson is preparing a new Android smartphone. The image was unearthed in a Chinese forum and though most details are still a secret, Engadget’s got some info from its trusted source claiming the device is a very early prototype. The phone will supposedly have a tilting 5-inch screen, physical QWERTY and is currently being tested with Android 2.1 and “low-level drivers.”

Being an early prototype means the availability is still months away but if we were to wager, we would expect it in early next year.
