It seems Thestreet has jumped the gun and unveiled two Blackberry devices, apparently meant for WES 2010. The phones are Blackberry 9650 and Pearl 3G and while detailed specs are not yet known, the site reckons nothing spectacular but only a “slightly updated versions of existing models.”
BB 9650 is said to feature a large high-res screen, 3.2MP camera, trackpad, GPS, Wi-Fi and support for quad-band GSM or dual-band CDMA/EV-DO. The phone’s expected to arrive on Sprint.
Pearl 3G is GSM only device and boasts unspecified large high-res screen, 3.2MP camera, GPS, Wi-Fi (802.11n) and will arrive on Bell, Telus and Rogers in Canada.
The pricing of the phones and availability for other regions are not known but could be unveiled at the WES that begins from tomorrow.
