Sony has released a new v3.30 firmware update for the PS3 — which for a change does not remove but — adds some worthy features. The most notable feature is the inclusion of 3D Gaming. With the new mandatory software update, users will be able to enjoy 3D stereoscopic gaming on their 3D-enabled HDTVs.

Other than that, Sony has also tweaked Trophies to make “bragging rights” easier.
