Nintendo 3DS will feature a 3D joystick and force feedback

Yesterday’s 3DS announcement of Nintendo was filled with both surprise and mystery. Now Nikkei’s here to fill some void by sharing few more details surrounding the 3D-enabled DS. I would like to point that this report is unconfirmed but Nikkei’s perfect track record predicting Nintendo’s future products wants us to believe them.
Anyways, Nikkei’s report says that in addition to the 3D capability, Nintendo will add a 3D joystick and force feedback mechanism that will try to increase player’s involvement in the game. Additionally, they also claim that Nintendo might add accelerometer, have secured all related patents and will have a screen of around 4-inches but smaller than DSi XL.
Asahi Shumbin on the other hand says that Nintendo can use 3D LCD technology developed by Sharp and Hitachi.
