Using simple web programming languages to create a webOS application is cool but it sure is a challenge when developers have to create a graphic intensive game. Palm is now trying to resolve this by releasing the first beta of Plug-in Development Kit (PDK). The PDK will allow game developers to create games in C and C++ languages, which means they can port their games from different platforms to be compatible with webOS.
Developers can download the PDK beta and start developing games right away but to enjoy those games, consumers will have to wait for a software update that will be provided by Palm in the coming weeks.
