Users looking for a decent performer in the graphics department but don’t want to shell out much can take a look at ATI’s newest offering. The Radeon HD 5450 lowers the price bar to around $60 from 5670’s $100 but gives at par performance with 512MB memory and support for DirectX 11, Eyefinity multi-display technology, HDMI 1.3a with Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, OpenGL 3.2, CrossFireX and UVD 2 for video decoding.
The ATI Radeon HD 5450 is currently available from a number of vendors including Asus, MSI, Sapphire.
