Samsung’s Galaxy Spica has entered into the crowded Android market. Technically, the fourth Android device from Samsung but it will be the second to be available in different regions. Galaxy Spica aka Galaxy Lite is the smaller sibling of I7500 Galaxy but the Spica scores on the processor front, boasting a speedy 800MHz CPU compared to Galaxy’s 528MHz.
Rest of the features present in Spica are similar to Galaxy or are lowered down. The I5700 includes 3.2-inch touchscreen display, 128MB RAM, GPS, compass, 3.2MP camera, DivX, microSD card slot (up to32GB) and 1500mAh battery.
The phone will first be launched in Russia in November for 14,000 Rubles ($483).
