Nokia Booklet 3G

This is straight off the rumorville and as most of the times Digitimes is the first to hear those whispers. Citing Taiwan-based handset makers, they’re reporting that in addition to the Intel-based Booklet 3G, Nokia is also planning to offer an ARM-based netbook better known as smartbooks. Compal Electronics and Foxconn are tipped to handle the smartbook production while the commercial release is not expected until mid-2010.
