If you missed out the preview and have been itching to try out the new LIVE update, well here’s your chance as the Xbox 360 team has released the update to all LIVE members. It’s a mandatory update and users will be prompted to update as soon as they login into Xbox LIVE.

A quick rehash of the feature list: Games on Demand, watch movies with multiple users irrespective of the geographic location with Netflix Parties, user ratings, UI improvements and more.

Twitter, Facebook and Zune Video Marketplace integration will be done with another update later this fall.
