A new rumor surfaced yesterday claiming Sony Ericsson to be preparing a Smartbook. The claim comes from a Taiwanese source who says Sony Ericsson is preparing the device and will “enter the market soon”. However, as far as specs are concerned the source doesn’t seem to be sure to tell if it will be based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon or any other non-x86 paltform.
Let’s just hope this is real and Sony Ericsson releases it with the plethora of smartbooks expected later this year.
